KEY GUIDELINES  

     NO SELLING WITHIN RANDLPH PARK 

     NO ALCOHOL SALES WILL BE PERMITTED

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS 
​

All vendors participating in Old Timers Weekend AND selling on the street with the boundaries of the event must complete the following must pay Old Timers Weekend Vending Fee (outlined below).

BEFORE JULY 1

     $45 - Vendors requiring a 10x10 space

     $60 - Vendors requiring space for a food truck 

​

AFTER JULY 1

     $80 - Vendors requiring a 10x10 space

     $100 - Vendors requiring space for a food truck 

 

VNEDOR APPLICATION DEADLINE - JULY 29 ​

Food Vendors must:

- Fulfill both of the above.

- Schedule an inspection with the Northern Kentucky Health Department (NKYHD) to be conducted on their first day of setup. Click here to view the Temp Food Permit Requirement Checklist.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

     Non-profit organizations have an opportunity to set up a booth at the event. We ask that non-profit organization organization provide a monetary donation to the event. Space is limited so please confirm your participation no later than 48-hours before the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Vendors will pay all fees (excluding NKYHD inspection fees required for food vendors) directly to designated Old Timers Event Planning Team Member.  Once vendors have fulfilled all requirements and payment will they be provided a certificate of compliance issued by the Old Timers Committee and allowed to vend in the designated area of the Old Timers Festival.
